Geely Officially Launches in Pakistan with Bestway Group

Chinese automotive giant Geely Auto has officially launched in Pakistan through a partnership with Bestway Group, marking Bestway's expansion into the automotive sector. The launch ceremony, held in Park View City, Islamabad, was attended by key executives from both organizations, industry leaders, and media. Bestway Automotive, the sole authorized distributor, will manage sales, after-sales support, and aims for local assembly of Geely vehicles in Karachi within months. This collaboration brings Geely's engineering expertise and technological innovation, aligned with its 'See the World in Full' philosophy, to the Pakistani market. Three models were unveiled: the fully electric compact hatchback EX2, the fully electric SUV EX5, and the Starray EM-R, a range-extended electric vehicle. This partnership is seen as a significant investment by Bestway Group, which has a history of investing over $350 million and creating 20,000 jobs in Pakistan in various sectors over the last three years.
