Major Attack in Kech District Foiled by Forces

Pakistani security forces successfully thwarted a coordinated terrorist attack by militants linked to Fitna al-Hindustan in the Tump area of Kech district, Makran division. The militants targeted the protection squad of the Deputy Commissioner of Tump, attempting to abduct security personnel by opening fire on the official's vehicle. A swift counter-response by security forces rescued all members of the protection team safely, with no casualties reported. The assailants fled, abandoning their vehicle and weapons, and several militants are believed to have been injured.
