Karachi: Operation at NCCIA call center, 6 suspects involved in fraud with foreigners arrested

The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) in Karachi conducted a raid on a call center in Gulistan-e-Johar and arrested six individuals involved in defrauding foreigners. The suspects impersonated foreign bank officials to illicitly obtain personal and financial details, including debit and credit card information, from international citizens under various schemes. These stolen details were then used for fraud and other illegal activities. During the operation, several laptops and mobile phones used in the alleged fraud were seized. The arrested individuals include call center owners Muhammad Laiq and Muhammad Fazil, along with several agents, and a case has been registered with further investigation underway.
