Muhammad Ismail Khan, suffering from hemophilia and internal bleeding, requested transfer to Shifa Hospital for specialized treatment, while Owais Altaf, with fever and a heart condition, also sought transfer to Shifa Hospital, both arguing for fundamental rights to adequate medical care. Additionally, Muhammad Ismail Khan, incarcerated for nine years, requested a WhatsApp call with his brother in Dubai due to prolonged lack of contact.
