Maulana Fazlur Rehman, head of JUI-F, asserted that Parliament is the supreme institution in Pakistan and criticized the transfer of parliamentary powers to an individual within the establishment. He stated that while a non-Muslim government can survive with justice, a Muslim government cannot sustain itself with injustice, highlighting ongoing protests in Rawalakot ignored by authorities. Rehman also rejected the creation of new provinces, arguing that there is no conducive environment and it's an imposition by a specific institution, further lamenting that the current Prime Minister, Shahbaz Sharif, is powerless, traveling the world while the nation bleeds.
