Balochistan, intelligence-based operations, 9 militants killed, security sources

Security forces conducted intelligence-based operations in various areas of Balochistan, Pakistan, resulting in the killing of at least 9 militants. A major operation in the mountainous region between Ziarat and Harnai surrounded a militant hideout, leading to the death of 8 terrorists and the destruction of their sanctuary. Another operation in Panjgur resulted in the death of 5 individuals, including a militant leader, and one militant was killed in Sorab district. Ammunition, magazines, grenades, walkie-talkies, and motorcycles were recovered from the deceased militants. Security sources have affirmed their commitment to continuing operations until militancy is completely eradicated and lasting peace is established, with Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi praising the security forces for their successful actions and emphasizing national unity against terrorism.
