Mayor Karachi inaugurates “Khatam Nabuwwat Chowk” in Sadr

Karachi Mayor Barrister Murtaza Wahab officially inaugurated "Khatam-e-Nabuwat Chowk" in the Saddar area of Karachi, accompanied by Deputy Mayor Salman Abdullah Murad and City Council members. This follows his announcement last month to rename the Regal Chowk in Saddar to Khatam-e-Nabuwat Chowk. Speaking at the ceremony, Mayor Wahab stated that the chowk beautifully reflects the city's religious identity, emphasizing that Karachi is a city of lovers of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). He added that while the mayoral position is temporary, he would remain a 'lover of the Prophet' until his death, and expressed his intention to undertake projects that future generations will remember.
