PML-N and PPP played a shameful game in Gilgit-Baltistan elections, says Liaquat Baloch

Liaqat Baloch, the Deputy Emir of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, accused the Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) of playing a 'shameful game' in the Gilgit-Baltistan elections, stating that their failure to form a joint strategy politically harmed the opposition. He also expressed national concern over the serious situation in Rawalakot, Azad Kashmir, emphasizing that peaceful protest is a fundamental right and that both suppressing protests with force and protesting with force are grave mistakes. Baloch announced a joint meeting between Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan and Jamaat-e-Islami Azad Kashmir on June 9 to finalize future strategies and consulted with leaders of Jamaat-e-Islami Azad Kashmir regarding the situation.
