Pakistani security forces eliminate four militants in KP operations: ISPR

Pakistani security forces eliminated four militants in two intelligence-based operations conducted in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) during the night of June 3-4, 2026. The first operation in Dera Ismail Khan district resulted in the deaths of two militants after troops cordoned off an area and engaged suspects. A second operation in Mohmand district targeted another group, leading to the deaths of two more individuals. Weapons and ammunition were recovered from both sites, and officials stated the militants were linked to multiple terrorist activities. These counterterrorism operations are part of the ongoing national framework "Azm-e-Istehkam" aimed at curbing militancy and enhancing security across Pakistan.
