Saudi Arabia foils attempt to target oil facilities in Riyadh

Saudi Arabia announced it successfully foiled attempts to target oil installations in its eastern province and the capital, Riyadh. Major General Turki Al-Maliki, spokesperson for the Saudi Ministry of Defense, stated that their air defense systems intercepted and destroyed the attacking drones. He further claimed these 'terrorist attacks' originated from Iraqi territory and involved 'Iranian-backed terrorist militias,' asserting Saudi Arabia's right to respond at an appropriate time. Pakistan condemned the drone attack, deeming such provocative actions a serious threat to peace and stability in the entire region, expressing solidarity and unwavering support for Saudi Arabia.
